We First Learn from the Bible-Then Look Out

We first learned in the Bible that the Church Age was over and the falling away (apostasy) had come to pass on the corporate church. After that we looked outside of the Bible to the churches and their fallen away condition agreed perfectly with what we learned from the Bible.

The apostasy we see in the churches is not the reason for our conclusion (that the Church Age is over and under the judgment of God) but does fit perfectly with that conclusion which is derived from study of the Bible.

Likewise, we learned from the Bible that the kingdom of Satan (this world) fell (on May 21, 2011). We have declared this truth all the time since the day the judgment began till now. The world's division was not at first (to the degree it is now) evident. But as we have slowly progressed into this prolonged judgment day period of time division has become more and more in evidence all over the world.

Again, the world's division is not the reason we say it is Judgment Day. We first learned from the Bible that the characteristic of a fallen kingdom is division (Daniel 5:25-31). And after learning that we then look out at the world around us and we find that its massive division at this time is in full agreement with the Bible's teaching that it is a fallen world experiencing the wrath of God.

Luke 11:17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.
