40 Jubilees + 40 (calendar) Years
Jesus was born in the Jubilee year of 7 BC beginning really the first outpouring of the Holy Spirit which would occur 40 calendar years later in 33 AD.
The second out pouring of the Holy Spirit began in the Jubilee year of 1994 (a Jubilee comes every 50 years) and 40 inclusive years later would be 2033 AD.
7 BC + 1994 = 2001 (minus 1 due to no year zero) = 2,000 years
2,000 years divided by 50 (Jubilee period) = 40 Jubilees
1994 was the 40th Jubilee since Christ's birth in 7 BC.
Therefore, 2033 AD is exactly 40 Jubilees (+) 40 calendar years from the birth of Christ.
