The Erroneous Claim God Inspired the Word Niqqud

Quote from a Bible teacher as he responds to a question from someone asking who gave the name of Niqqud to the vowel point system-man or God?

“As I stated earlier all words in the Bible are God breathed-under the authority and preservation of God. That means they are by definition alive, God is not going to allow sinful man to coin, alter, change, modify, add or subtract from His divinely inspired holy Word as Christ is that very Word indeed.”

According to this teacher, God is not going to allow sinful men to "coin, alter, ... His divinely inspired Word..." In other words, he is saying "Niqqud" the name someone, somewhere gave to the vowel point system is a word inspired by God.

This is completely false. No where in the Bible has God given the name of niqqud to the vowel point system. A man has done that. And therefore divine inspiration – which alone belongs to God is being credited to men. This is adding to the Word of God.
