Before the Foundation of the World – Many Names Were Not Written in the Lamb's book of Life
Revelation 17:8 ... they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Who are these people whose names were NOT written in the Lamb's book of life from the foundation of the world?
Once we consider the fact that God has predestinated certain ones from before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:3-5) to become saved – and based on Revelation 17:8b there exists others whose names were not written in the Lamb's book of life. We can fully understand that God's salvation program was designed and fully arranged before this world began.
