The Time of the Dead has Come

Revelation 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, ...

Isn't it interesting that God uses the word "time" in relationship to judging the unsaved (dead) people of the world? I thought theologians have taught us that once Christ came and ended the world to bring judgment on all unsaved people, that then time would no longer be in view? Very strange that God speaks of "the time of the dead.” It reminds us of:

Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die;

We all know that there comes a time for each person who has lived to physically die. But since this is the Bible, could God also be spiritually referencing the "time of the dead" that takes place in the Day of Judgment? Of course He is.

And since we have learned that May 21, 2011 was the beginning of a prolonged judgment on the unsaved inhabitants of the earth, we also now understand exactly what Revelation 11:18 means by "the time of the dead" because we've been living in that awful time, and will continue to do so (according to Biblical evidence) until the year 2033 AD.
